Weight Loss

I am extremely careful not to promise what I can't deliver but feel that my program can deliver serious weight loss if people commit to it properly.

The ideal weight loss membership would be one of my contenders memberships where we combine private lessons and classes creating a multiplier effect.

You must train a minimum of twice a week to have a good chance of achieving results but I have students that have lost over 20kg .

We also need at times to get people to their fighting weight , some of my students have dropped up to 3kg in a couple of days to reach the weight limit which is optimal for them to fight at. This is not desirable and these are really only the top athletes who have really good control of themselves and are getting down for say State Titles.

I have resisted the lure of supplements believing my program enough to deliver results but have decided to incorporate for those who want or need some extra assistance some sensible products that may give some people accelerated results.  I have tested all products recommended on myself before giving to students.
