                                  We don't segregate our girls why would we they are just as valued as any boy - we have tough girl instructors and fearless girl fighters always have always will!

We want you regardless of age, shape or sexuality. Classes are mixed but there is no macho attitude just equality & respect.

Our girls have already won at State & National level but fine if you just want fitness & learn boxing  skills or for self defence.
