 Women's Program

 

  • Womens Classes provide a space of their own but can also attend all other classes

  • Morning, evening and weekend classes

  • Proper Boxing training not just get fit 'burn your bum' (Getting into shape Joe's Way)

  • Concentrating on fitness  and technique but also building skills for self defence

     

  • Women's only sparring available (not compulsory)

  • Cross training in ground fighting available for complete self defence (not compulsory)

Sandra & Diana are matched to fight at the Cabana Bar Thursday 22nd July with follow up matches scheduled at Souths Juniors Tuesday 10th August 2010

March 2010 - We currently have the former 2008 WBA world minimum weight 47kg champion training and teaching our women's program for most of this year

On the 14th August 2009 the IOC announced that women's boxing will be part of the 2012 Olympics and this has coincided with the NSW state reversing a previous ban on women's competitive boxing earlier in the 2009 year. This is incredible news for myself and this school. I have had a long career in teaching women to fight first in my martial arts life and now as a boxing coach. I would love to be part of helping an Australian boy or girl get to the Olympics and stand on the diaz to receive a gold medal so if you feel you have what it takes please call now as there will never be a better chance to win!

I remember a scene in one of those tough chick movies where the hero cop girl is in a cool studio and girls and boys are engaged in serious combat training - that is exactly what our studio is like for real and yes we really do train tough girl hero cops
